The beach is a short 10–15 minute walk from the villa.

Yes — we’re just one block away from Seminyak’s top cafes, restaurants, and boutiques.
6🛏 How many guests can the villa accommodate?
The villa comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. An additional bed can be arranged for $25 per night.
7🧼 Is daily cleaning included?
Yes — daily housekeeping is provided. For long-term bookings, cleaning is included 5–6 days per week.
8🍼 Is the villa family-friendly?
Absolutely! A baby cot, high chair, and pool fence can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
9✈️ Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes — we can arrange airport pick-up and drop-off for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance.
10⏰ What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is before 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible depending on availability and for an extra charge — to be confirmed at check-in.
11⚠️ What happens if something gets damaged?
If anything is broken or damaged during your stay, charges will apply accordingly.
